All of our scaffold workforce are trained in compliance with the relevant industry requirements. Our scaffolder training plan has been developed under the guidance of Construction Skills with scaffolders undergoing training from Basic Part 1 up to Advance Scaffolder Level. Supervisors and managers are trained to Site Supervisor and Site Manager Safety Training Scheme requirements and NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Our yard staff are trained to the CSCS (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) standards. Our number of employees that have undergone HSE First Aid at Work training exceeds the HSE requirements and we actively give employees the opportunity to become first aid trained.

Pro-active Monitoring: Method Statements are provided to clients and operatives to ensure safe working procedures are in place, with all jobs Risk Assessed before commencement. Supervisors and Chargehands carry out Tool Box Talks on-site on a regular basis.
